On his one gloved hand (which artfully handles a meat cleaver as if it were a cellist's bow), there is a bump on his finger that indicates he is married. Villanelle raises her brows, one hand in her pocket, the other flipping her knife as she strolls toward him. "Had I known, I would have waited. It is very rude to hunt on another's territory."
Recommendation: I've rec'ed at least one story were Villanelle was Mischa Lecter, but this one was so well done I had to add it to my list. And of course, anything featuring the Lecters should center around food and it's preparation.
