Recommendation: Well this was lovely! I love them getting a chance at getting to know each other but also having a less antagonistic relationship. I also loved the inclusion of Simon's sister and the superpower shenanigans. Good stuff.

Summary: “Simon would open up his locker every once in awhile and there’d be a mysterious object he’d never seen before sitting there on top of his comic books. A small metal penguin; an unusual puzzle, almost like a Rubiks cube, that Simon couldn’t figure out; a glass prism that cast improbable shapes and colors against the floor when he held it up to the light.” Nathan has a different power.

Recommendation: Oohh, plotty goodness. I love stories that explore "what would happen if they had different powers" which in this fandom/show is pretty par for the course but this one turns the whole plot on its head. Very atmospheric too.

Recommendation: I don't always go in for "soulmates" but this was so cute and the "soulmates" stuff was pretty lowkey. And I liked the background Alisha and Kelly.

Seducing Simon Bellamy was a game and he was winning.

Recommendation: So, I blame my work friend for this entirely. She was all "Oh you haven't heard of The Misfits, it's great, just imagine Ramsey Bolton as a hero and Klaus Hargreeves as straight." *blink blink* Holy crap. Though, honestly Robert Sheehan is really not great at portraying completely straight. Which is how we've ended up with this bit of loveliness.
